Japanese Rice Bowls
The base is Japanese rice topped with our Teriyaki sauce, wasabi, cucumber, avocado and topped with Japanese mayo, sesame seeds and seaweed.
Chicken thigh chunks marinated in our Teriyaki sauce overnight to make it extra juicy.
We source our prawns from Billingsgate Market to ensure freshness. It is tossed in our tempura flour then dipped in our tempura batter before frying goodness.
The tofu is deep fried to give it a better texture and then grilled with our Teriyaki sauce.
Vietnamese Noodle Salads
The base is Vermicelli noodles with our pickled salad (carrots, cucumber and cabbage), lettuce, mint, coriander topped with our Vietnamese Fish Sauce or Hoi Sin Sauce, lime, fried shallots, roasted peanuts and Sriracha.
Vietnamese Grilled Chicken
Chicken thigh chunks marinated in our special Vietnamese BBQ sauce overnight. Cooked on our grill with a honey glaze.
Deep fried tofu that is marinated in our Special Vietnamese BBQ sauce.
